Proba Architects was founded in 2011 by already experienced architects Irena and Jordan. After several successful years of practice in Bulgaria they moved to US, where they continued their professional development and gained new know-hows. During all those years Proba Architects offer services to business and private clients, by dedicating and outstanding quality and professionalism.
Proba Architects is unique, because by having licensed architects in USA and Europe and being familiar with different materials and techniques we can offer a service that takes the best of two worlds – which results in a different approach to the design and different enriched final product.

Managing partner
Jordan has more than 20 years of experience in architecture, construction and project management in both continents Europe and United States of America. He has received his Masters Degree in Sofia, Bulgaria. He completed a successful post-graduation in ETH Zurich, Switzerland with major focus on sustainable architecture. Since 2016 Jordan is practicing architecture in USA. Since 2024 Jordan is a NCARB certified architect.
Junior Architect
Boil is a recent graduate with Bachelor of Architecture and joined Proba Architects in 2022. Currently working on his Master degree.
Interior Designer
Mladen Penev graduated industrial design in Bulgaria. For 15 years he has been engaged in product and interior design in Bulgaria and EU. He has experience in the design and implementation of various types of residential complexes, hotel interiors, wellness and spa centers. Mladen is very passionate and detail oriented.
